As a Senior Manager at Nova TechSet, I have led and contributed to the architecture, design, and full-cycle development of two key enterprise-grade platforms:
  1. 1. Contract Management System: Spearheaded the development of a modular, scalable web-based contract lifecycle management solution. The system enables users to create, edit, e-sign, and manage contracts collaboratively. Key features include role-based access control, versioning, audit trails, drag-and-drop contract builder, and integration with eSign providers. I oversaw both the frontend (Angular with micro-frontend architecture) and backend (NestJS with microservices and TypeORM), ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient performance.
  2. 2. B2B CRM Platform: Led the development of a multi-tenant, microservices-based CRM platform tailored for B2B sales operations. The system supports dynamic workspace isolation, real-time analytics, lead and deal tracking, task management, and multi-database support using PostgreSQL and MongoDB. I designed the architecture for high availability, tenant isolation, and performance optimization, implementing robust authentication (JWT), RBAC, auditing, caching (Redis Cluster), rate limiting, and observability using industry best practices.
In both projects, I worked closely with cross-functional teams, managed timelines and deliverables, and played a hands-on role in engineering decisions and code quality, ensuring alignment with business goals and scalability for future growth.

At Clodura.ai, a B2B sales prospecting and engagement platform, I played a pivotal role in building and scaling the core platform over several product generations. As a Lead Principal Engineer, I led the end-to-end development lifecycle of multiple internal systems, managed a team of engineers, and actively contributed across backend, frontend, and DevOps layers. Key Contributions:
  1. 1. Team Leadership: Led a team of engineers, overseeing architecture, development, and delivery across multiple modules in Clodura 5.0.
  2. 2. System Design & Development: Designed and developed several critical platform components including:
    • i. Automated Email Campaign System
    • ii. Email Template Builder
    • iii. Email Analytics Dashboard
    • iv. Task Management System
    • v. Internal Knowledge Base
  3. 3. Microservices Architecture: Built and maintained distributed microservices using Flask, FastAPI, and Node.js to power high-performance APIs.
  4. 4. API Engineering: Designed and implemented RESTful APIs for internal and external integration.
  5. 5. Frontend & UX Ownership: Led UI/UX development for various modules, ensuring intuitive user experiences.
  6. 6. Third-Party Integration: Integrated Zoho Subscriptions for managing billing and subscription workflows.
  7. 7. Chrome Extension Development: Independently designed and developed a Chrome extension for Clodura5.0 to support prospecting workflows directly within LinkedIn and company websites.
